Guy Boothby
Guy Boothby (1867–1905) was a profligate Australian writer. Over the course of his career, he wrote over 50 novels, including five sensationalist books featuring the popular Dr Nikola. He migrated to England in 1894 and died there of pneumonia. You can read his full biography at the Australian Dictionary of Biography.
